Many meeting spaces will be purpose built for Gospel ministry with distraction free environments for Gospel discussion groups in wet or dry weather. These spaces will also satisfy school groups and band camps who require multiple spaces. Smaller meeting halls will be constructed near each cluster of cabins, so that the needs of multiple groups staying on site at the same time can be met. This will enable groups to meet, hear talks, perform music, play games, conduct bible studies and many other activities in their own cluster area.
All halls and meeting rooms will have audio visual capability, allowing for data projection, sound amplification (including hearing aid loops), band amplification and public address capabilities. The building design and materials for these meeting halls have been specifically chosen to limit sound, in consideration of neighbours. Technology plays a vital role in today’s world and can greatly assist Gospel delivery through relevant content. WiFi will be provided in all meeting spaces to enable camp speakers to creatively illustrate their messages.
